The starting line marks will be a race committee vessel on the starboard end and a staff buoy with an orange flag on the port end. This Changes SI 9.2

The finishing line marks will be a race committee vessel on the starboard end and a staff buoy with a blue flag on the port end. This Changes SI 9.3

Amendment 1 of SI

Marks 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be orange cylindrical buoys. This changes SI 9.1

The finish line marks will be race committee vessels displaying blue flags. This changes SI 9.3

New marks for the purpose of SI 10 will be yellow or green cylindrical buoys. This changes SI 9.4

THE FINISH The finishing line will be between staff displaying blue flags on finishing vessels. This changes SI 12
